CRI Executive Director
As we plan for the next academic year, I would like to take a moment to let you know how very much we appreciate your participation as senior faculty for the VISN 20 executive program “Core Competency Leadership Series”. Participant evaluations for the “Negotiation and Collaboration” skills-building portion of the series remain consistently positive again this year. Without a doubt, this valuable component in the CCLS curriculum has played an integral part in the success of the program for over 10 years. Comments like “thorough”, “effective”, “attentive/responsive” and “practical approaches for personal and professional use” are typical comments. Participants unanimously agree the role play and case studies developed for the course are outstanding and the most powerful tool you give them. Keep up the good work!
